Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
To be eligible for the referral rewards program, participants must have a completed project with Ringwood CCTV valued at over $2,000. The referred friend must also complete a project with Ringwood CCTV valued at over $2,000.

Referral Submission:
To qualify for the referral reward, the referred friend must mention the referrer’s name during their initial contact with Ringwood CCTV. Referrals made after the initial contact will not be eligible for rewards.

Reward Details:
If the referred friend completes a project with Ringwood CCTV valued at over $2,000, the referrer will receive a $50 gift card, and the referred friend will receive a $50 discount on their invoice. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Reward Distribution:
Rewards will be issued to the referrer within 30 days after the referred friend’s project has been completed and paid in full. The $50 gift card will be sent via email or postal mail, based on the referrer’s preference.

Program Limitations:
This referral program cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Only one referral reward per project will be issued.

Program Changes and Termination:
Ringwood CCTV reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.

Fraud Prevention:
Any fraudulent or unethical behavior, including but not limited to false referrals or abuse of the referral program, will result in disqualification from the program and potential legal action.

Privacy Policy:
Personal information collected during this referral program will be used in accordance with Ringwood CCTV’s Privacy Policy. Participants agree to the collection and use of their information for the purposes of the program.

Program Interpretation:
All decisions made by Ringwood CCTV regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions are final. By participating in the referral program, you agree to comply with these terms.
